The past: Remember the best parts of your story. It's the foundation of your relationship, and it often generates satisfaction, pride, gratitude, fulfillment, and serenity.
The present: Embrace it fully and be active participants in the moment. Seek to generate joy, wonder, calm, enthusiasm, pleasure, flow, etc. The future: Dream it and build it together. Let yourself be carried by optimism, hope, confidence, faith, etc.
