Master the full 4D cycle (Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny).
Formulate a powerful and engaging "Bold Proposition."
Design the stages of an appreciative workshop or summit.
Facilitate co-creation sessions to move from dream to action.

For the participant: You will no longer be just a participant but a driver. You will learn how to design and facilitate the key stages of an appreciative summit. This is a high-level facilitation and change management skill that positions you as a transformational leader.
