Introduction to the appreciative approach: the archaeology of success.

This training will take place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en laye.
Objectives
Understand the 5 foundational principles of Appreciative Inquiry and their impact on human dynamics.
Differentiate the "problem-solving" approach from the "building on strengths" approach.
Conduct an "appreciative interview" to uncover the "positive core" of a person or team.
Identify professional situations where applying this approach will have maximum impact.
