Meaning at work cannot be decreed; it is built daily. This day provides you with the tools and mindset to move from talk of "purpose" to concrete managerial actions that connect each employee to their real impact.
This training will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en Laye.
Objectives
Diagnose the sources of meaning and points of disconnection within your team using an operational analysis grid.
Lead structured managerial conversations to help an employee connect their personal values to their missions.
Translate a strategic objective into meaningful individual contributions using the tools of meaning.
