An exceptional leader doesn't just manage a team, they design it. This day is dedicated to the art of team architecture. You'll explore your own leadership strengths to refine your style, and you'll master the powerful tool of "collective job crafting" to reshape roles so they perfectly align with the talents and aspirations of your team members.
This training will take place in March 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en Laye.
Objectives
Model your own leadership style through strengths to maximize impact and manage blind spots.
Master the "Job Crafting" protocol to conduct job re-architecture interviews.
Lead a “Collective Job Crafting” workshop to reallocate tasks and responsibilities in an agile and motivating manner.
