Move from forces theory to action with jobcrafting: a concrete method to reinvent professional roles by leveraging individual and collective talents.
This training will take place in March 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en Laye.
Objectives
Identify your key strengths using validated tools.
Translate these forces into concrete levers for jobcrafting (adjustment of tasks, relationships, meaning).
Deploy a “forces-based” culture through collaborative workshops.

The training is based on an interactive and engaging teaching method, alternating theoretical contributions, individual and group exercises, simulations, role plays, and facilitated discussions centered on experience and sharing.
