كم سيستغرق وصول طلبي؟
In mainland France, delivery is generally made within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. For international deliveries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination (on average 5 to 10 working days ). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
كيف يمكنني تتبع طلبي؟
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your order in real time.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer . All transactions are secure.
Administrative mandates are also accepted.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, we offer installment plans for certain training courses and tools to make it easier to access our services. Terms and conditions (number of monthly payments, conditions) are specified during registration or ordering. Please contact us to learn more.

Can I return a tool if it doesn't suit me?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product in perfect condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt.

What to do if a tool is out of stock?

How to register for training?

Do you offer in-person and online training?
Yes, we offer face-to-face training (in France and internationally) as well as distance learning , in order to adapt to everyone's needs.

To ensure educational quality and interactivity, we favor groups on a human scale (on average 10 to 20 participants).
Can I finance training through a training organization?
Some of our training courses can be financed through support schemes (e.g. CPF, OPCO, internal training plan ). We support you in your efforts.
Are the training courses certified?
Some training courses lead to an official certificate or recognized certification . The precise information appears on each program.
Is it possible to adapt training to the specific needs of my organization?
Yes, we regularly design tailor-made programs, taking into account your objectives, your sector of activity and the profile of the participants.
How long does training last?
