You have discovered the power of the appreciative approach. It's time to use it to build. This advanced workshop provides you with the complete 4D methodology to transform the strengths you've discovered into a motivating vision and concrete projects.
This training will take place on Friday, May 22, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en laye.
Objectives
Master the full 4D cycle (Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny).
Formulate a powerful and engaging "Bold Proposition."
Design the stages of an appreciative workshop or summit.
Facilitate co-creation sessions to move from dream to action.
Added values
For the participant: You will no longer be just a participant but a driver. You will learn how to design and facilitate the key stages of an appreciative summit. This is a high-level facilitation and change management skill that positions you as a transformational leader.

The training is based on an interactive and engaging teaching method, alternating theoretical contributions, individual and group exercises, simulations, role plays, and facilitated discussions centered on experience and sharing.

Workshops in subgroups promoting the exchange of ideas.
Concrete case studies to link theory to practice.
Role-playing games to simulate real-life situations.
