Creativity & problem solving: From analysis to solution.
A day to decode the workings of the creative mind and to acquire powerful problem-solving methods, applicable to all your professional challenges.
This training will take place on Monday, May 18, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en laye.

Objectives
Distinguish the fundamental concepts of the creative mind to make a clear diagnosis of a problem situation.
Identify the psychological mechanisms, levers and brakes of the creative process for yourself and your team.
Apply a sequence of structured tools (analysis, ideation, selection) to guide a group from defining a problem to developing a relevant solution.

The training is based on an interactive and engaging pedagogy, alternating theoretical contributions, individual and collective exercises, simulations, role plays, and facilitated discussions centered on experience and sharing.

Workshops in subgroups promoting the exchange of ideas.
Concrete case studies to link theory to practice.
Role-playing games to simulate real-life situations.
