Create positive relationships at work to improve collaboration and engagement.

This training will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en Laye.
Objectives
Develop positive interpersonal relationships to increase team engagement, energy and functioning.
Understanding the impact of the "social brain" on collaboration and team dynamics.
Acquire concrete tools to improve relationships and promote reciprocity at work (e.g., reciprocity circle).
Cultivate essential relational qualities such as empathy, altruism, forgiveness and gratitude.
Actively contribute to collective and organisational excellence through strengthened working relationships.

Workshops in subgroups promoting the exchange of ideas.
Concrete case studies to link theory to practice.
Role-playing games to simulate real-life situations.
Scientifically validated tools.
