Team strengths: Become a navigator of collective transformation
Every transformation project relies on the team's ability to adapt and collaborate. This day provides you with the keys to success. Through a group strengths assessment (Teamscope+), you will learn to map your team's human capital, cultivate gratitude to strengthen cohesion, and make appreciating diversity a true asset.
This training will take place on Friday, April 17, 2026 at our premises in Saint Germain en Laye.
Objectives
Use the Teamscope+ team diagnostic to map strengths and complementarities.
Establish management rituals based on gratitude to strengthen trust and recognition.
Transforming appreciation of difference into a strategy for improving problem solving.
Develop a change support plan based on the strengths identified in the team.

You'll gain the ability to "read" your team's invisible dynamics. You'll know how to create collective momentum, transform "points of friction" into "points of fusion," and manage your change projects with greater serenity and efficiency.

The training is based on an interactive and engaging teaching method, alternating theoretical contributions, individual and group exercises, simulations, role plays, and facilitated discussions centered on experience and sharing.

Workshops in subgroups promoting the exchange of ideas.
Concrete case studies to link theory to practice.
Role-playing games to simulate real-life situations.
Scientifically validated tools.
